This Privacy Policy describes how Takerman Ltd ("Takerman", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Takerman platform services: the shared back-end services used by Takerman applications (including printing, dating, admin, gallery, minorities, portfolio, and publishing sites operated under the takerman.net domain). Each section below names the service it applies to.

1. Information We Collect

Accounting Service (billing, orders, customer profiles, subscriptions and payments)

• Customer profile data: name, email address, shipping/billing addresses, and phone number linked to your account.
• Order and transaction data: products or services purchased, order history, and invoice records.
• Payment data: payment method metadata and transaction identifiers processed through our payment provider (PayPal); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Subscription data: plan, billing cycle, and subscription status.

Media and AI Services (blog, content, and listings)

• Author/admin account data: name, email address, and securely hashed credentials for staff who create or manage published content.
• Content data: blog posts, listings, media, and metadata published through the service.
• Reader interaction data: basic technical logs of requests to published content (e.g. page views via server logs) used to operate and secure the service.

Notifications Service (email, contact forms, and push/in-app notifications)

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content you submit through a "Contact Us" form on any Takerman application.
• Notification preferences: the notification channels (email, in-app, push) you have enabled or disabled.
• Delivery metadata: recipient address, delivery status, and timestamps for notifications and emails we send on behalf of Takerman applications.

All services

• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. request timestamps, error events) used to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process orders, invoices, subscriptions, and payments.
• To maintain your customer profile and address book across Takerman applications.
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and billing-related communications.
• To publish, update, and serve blog posts and listings to the public.
• To authenticate authors/admins who manage content.

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with the Takerman application you are using (so it can fulfill your order or respond to your inquiry), with our payment processor (PayPal) to complete transactions, and with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, database, and email delivery providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Published content is, by design, publicly accessible. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain order and invoice records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically several years), and customer profile and author/admin account data for as long as your account remains active. Published content is retained until removed by an authorized author/admin. We retain contact form submissions and notification delivery logs only as long as necessary to resolve inquiries and maintain delivery records, typically no longer than what is required for support and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some information may be retained where necessary for legal or audit purposes.

5. Data Security

Payments are processed by PayPal under PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Access to the platform is protected with API-key and JWT-based authentication, HTTPS encryption in transit, and audit logging. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights
